Purchased 125psi air compressor. Shipping destroyed the gages by dropping entire unit (admittingly). Contacted HF customer service 4 days ago for replacement gages. No response. Better customer service at IRS. Now have to try to find replacement parts on my own for my new purchase.

The gentleman is right as you have to be given notice prior to purchase legally speaking. This notice after the fact on the receipt is not legal.
