Purchased reel spring broke so I went to store to ask if they would exchange it lady said did I get extended warranty I said no if I need a warranty on a new item they should keep it so she said contact customer service so I put in my garage & forgot till now so I called customer service to order a spring lady said they need receipt (after waiting 20 min+ on hold) they don't have parts for this she said looked up receipt & called back, different lady who answered said they can't help me item it was to old so I had told lady thanks for nothing why did they have me look up receipt if they can't help waited another 20 min + again to tell me that. I maybe used 1 a month sad NOT SHOPPING THERE ANYMORE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WASTED MY TIME NOTHING BUT CRAP AT ANY COST.
