At least people are able to call in an order. I can't even get someone one the *** phone.

All lines are extremely busy it says or please stay on the line all our reps are busy......Bzzz hung up on. Call another line same ***. Who runs a company like this.

Try to e-mail the techs takes over a week an a half just to get a part number off line (that should have been listed in the owners manual....yeah right.) Talk about spreading themselves thin this is ridiculous....Why don't they bring the company back to the U.S. and hire some people to get it back up to standards....
