About 5 months ago I purchased a compound miter saw from Harbor Freight. I declined extended warranty (they lost the only warranty I ever purchased from them).
Saw broke and was informed that no replacement parts were available. I was informed that they still sell the saw and I could purchase a brand new one. I didn't expect them to replace the saw or provide free parts. I did however expect to be able to purchase replacement parts for a saw only 5 months old and still being sold.
It would seem that the least they could do would be to inform potential buyers that parts are not available for items still on the shelf.
They have NO REAL customer service, just lip service!
