Return Policy - FAIL!

I purchased a pair of work gloves for my wife that she didn't like. I won't to return them, unopened and with the receipt, and was told they couldn't couldn't accept them unless I provided all my contact information. I spoke with the store manager - same story. I explained that i didn't want to provide it because i don't want all their mailers. I get plenty as is addressed to "occupant". They refused. I am done shopping there!

Lack of response time

Order 2 items on 7/10/19 tried to flow on 7/17 had to call 3 time thru out the day put on hold 15 to 20 min twice the last time was about 7 mins. and than was told my order would ship soon. this is not a good answer I WILL RATE YOUR COMPANY A -5 I will not buy every again from this s l o w c o m p a n y

Anywhere Arizona. Decided to check out some reviews on HFT. Pretty interesting to hear what people have to say. I can relate to in-store issues but I have no online ordering experience to share or relate to. I'm a 2x combat vet, USMC 0351 (and proud PIG). This sounds like *** to me.

I seriously doubt someone said "We don't help anyone who is disabled." They probably told you that there are company policies that limit what employees can an can't do to help customers because of people who will come back 2 days later with some big ticket item broken and say that the employee broke it when he put it in my van. Your friend maybe wasn't nice, didn't want to listen or is the all too common Martyr wannabe vets that I hate more than any Taliban who goes around trying to get whatever he can from anyone that will listen to his fake sob story. The kind who blame everything bad in their life on being a veterean (tons of combat horror stories and what not until you ask them what unit they were with, when and where they deployed and the fake "Salty War Dog" story turns out to be 4 years as an Admin Clerk with a UDP to Japan). Yeah, those guys, I hate those guys more than any anti American non-vet, because the Veterans should know better, but not enough people actually have been there and done that to call them out.

Most of the guys who actually were outside the wire everyday, a couple times a day, standing post and filling sand bags, they may have problems, but they don't *** and moan about *** not being fair because they know that the concept of fair is nice privilege bestowed by the peace and prosperity of our society as a whole. Even most of our poorest have the opportunity to live better than half of the rest of the world, some would rather stay on the streets, drugs or no drugs. The camera is what gets me, he went back with a body cam, probably acted like an *** then turned it on.

Also, they have a policy, you can video the tools, but respect the privacy of other patrons, and hopefully the employees. If it went down as you say it did, I'm sure the video will be all over social media and maybe even TV news if they need some veteran outrage story for the narrative of the day.

Just lies and more lies!

i am STILL waiting for my order to be shipped!!! It has been since June 30th. I have called 3 times to get ANY news ,and all i get is 'it is pending' That is a load of crap! WHEN WILL I EVER GET MY ORDER? Along wit hall the refunds I was promised. A $6.99 refund on shipping and the price of each light set lowered to $6.99 using a 'corporate coupon' for all the frustration and waiting!!! The store I went to would NOT match your online price!!! so I have to place it online. So I was given a refund on the shipping, but I dont see it yet. And then when my order was STILL PENDING . I JUST spoke to customer serices and now I am told it was shipped on LAST Weds!!!! I called on Fri. I was told then I would get an email the moment it is shipped!!! I got no email!! This is the most screwed up online ordering ever.1 I will not buy again from you.!!! P.S. i was told I did NOT GET the 'corportate coupon rate, of $6.99 PER light set that I ordered! Thanks for yet another lie.

Recently purchased Central Pneumatic stapler and framing nailer.

I went to local store to buy staples and nails; I found out that the fasteners for my guns were discontinued without warning, now I have perfectly fine air guns that I can no longer use because the supplier no longer supplies the fasteners that fit the guns. If I want to finish my projects, I now not only have to buy new fasteners, but new air guns as well. That to me is, "Dirty Pool!" Very Unhappy Donald Nelson

Faulty equipment

She said outlook was not responding when trying to send me a copy of my reciept. Said she would try to send it later. I sure hope it shows up. I waited 35 minutes for this response.

Waiting for help with the warranty department

I bought Drain sewer tool from harbor freight tools on 02/18/2018. The sales man at the store if I buy the extended warranty for an additional 2 years and if the machine broke just bring it back to the store in hemp stead Long Island and they will replace it. I took back the machine to the store and the very rude manager give me a number to call 844 416 ****. After waiting on hold for 58 minutes someone pick up the phone place me on hold and then hang up call back and waited for 52 minutes call got disconnected. called back again and waited for 1hr and 12 minutes and call drop again this was on 06/29/2019. Do not know what to do to get this issue resolve. Contact the cooperate office and no one helped long long hold time.
