Burleson Texas store

I have shopped your stores all over the united states and texas. Never had any problem until you opened the store 10 miles from my home in Burleson Tx. They never have advertised specials , brand new store and couldnt take debit card and managers act like they just dont care. Been a costumer for avery long time and excited about a store close to home but turns out every trip is wasted time and gas

Complaints on manager

Long story short! I bought an item from my local store an it didnt work and looked to have been returned once already. I go in the store the next day and the manager takes the box slams it on the counter in my face and tell me to leave basically because he said thats not the product they sold me when in fact it was because the item I bought was for my restaurant so I had everything on camera that I was willing to show him but he didnt wanna hear it he didnt wanna let me talk or nothing and ended up calling the cops on me because I wasnt leaving because HARBOR FREIGHTS sold me a used product.

Ive gotten 1 of the 4 pkg from Harbor Freight. I paid the $120.00 for express. The gal told me it would be 2/3 day delivery? Also i had my 20% coupon and forgot to use it? If it's a done deal then i wait for the next 3 pkg to arrive. Not pissed off really.

My complaints are one of your workers in the flagstaff office his name is Bryan herr he has been using his discounts on anyone not just family. He also has attuides and treats people not good. He talks really badly about other workers.

Placed Order, They Took Money & Refuse to Send Products

Along with lots of others, I placed 2 orders with this crap company 2 weeks ago and my order has yet to ship. On their FB page, U can see lots of others are having same issue. Turns out, Harbor Freight shut down their warehouses and customer service said they have no way to process orders and customers cant go to local stores to pick up orders. They said computer isnt talking to locks stores so no way to prove what U bought. I should have figured something illegal was going on when I placed my order becuz I never got emails confirming my orders. This company should be permanently closed.

Corona Virus

I was in a location today (Wichita falls Texas) @ 1610 today and had to leave extremely quickly as you have employees bragging about contracting Corona Virus (covid-19) while on vacation and spreading it purposely. Ie. licking and spitting on product, Talking about how they "dont give a *** because they tested positive and "people will die too if they have too". I spoke with the manager about what was heard/said and he said he would take care of it. However nothing was done with any haste whatsoever. I have children at home and now cant even go home from this possible exposure because I have no idea how true or bad it is. I will be speaking the CDC as well as my employer the State of Texas for the exposure risk. As of now I am contacting you because if something isnt done (That I feel satisfied as a healthcare worker, that will now be on unpaid leave) I will also be forced to contact an attorney, as well as local and national media to ensure that the general public is not at risk. This is the absolute worst case scenario I could have had. I tried to contact customer service, I asked for a supervisor, then demanded a supervisor, then asked for the office of the CEO. I was told none of them were available. I did get very angry and raised my voice at this point and possibly even got profane I dont remember at this point because I will be sleeping in a tent until i can test out to know my family is safe. I don't really care what your company has donated or hasn't as of now because I feel as I have been personally attacked!

Rude employee bad product

I was talking to a friend when a employee , made a rude statement towards me and when I tried to explain she told me I was *** rude and she refused to give me her supervisor name and number then refused to give me any other information other than her supposed name " misty " . I'm appalled at the way she spoke to me and my friend . And unless something is done about it , I think b I will be shopping at Lowe's or other stores that show me respect . This happened at the Albemarle NC store . And again unless something is done I myself , my friend , and my brother and Father will find other outlets to buy our needs

I come in bought a small socket set the ratchet was broke , defected when I put the socket on ratchet put it on them millimeter bolt ratchet was broke my left thumb was cut open I had to be glued up got tenant shot wound had to be cleaned up put in a stent so I did not bend it I went to store in Jeff City mo Manager Bodie was not trained to do paperwork on injuries I'm not gonna sugar coat this he should not be a Manager very rude person now I got 1,700 in bills my insurance company is paying over your tools not being tested before sale I need to get this refunded back to me I also got a one inch scare over this I no we don't want this to go any further sincerely Billy brown.

Went to Statesboro store today and cashier and manager looked at sales paper and helped me find items in the store. I had approximately 159.00 dollars worth of sales items carrying them in my arms. waited in line for 25 minutes to check out the line was about 15 customers long finally another cashier opened up and said she will help the next customer, when I got to the register she advised me sale starts tomorrow and I could not use the coupons today. I have shopped and spent much money with this company and today will be my last visit. Poor customer service ...

Ordered 4/8...not shipped as of 4/24/2020...12 business days...so if it would ship on 4/252/2020 it could STILL BE 7-10 business to get product. Solution: Cancelled ordered, went to Ebay getting product at a slight increase in price next week... I know things are slow in USA, but they should really to truthful with customers....

The initial contact pertained to an incorrect item that was shipped to me in place of what I ordered. They have contacted me and I have sent the incorrect item back to them.

I am still waiting to receive the original item I ordered from them. Also, I havent received any emails that the original item is back ordered or has been shipped to me. I would appreciate so form of response that the original item will be sent to me and not some substitution. Thanks, Don Kramer.
